FullSent: Getting Started

FullSent offers a cost-effective shipping solution for flat goods by utilizing USPS Intelligent Mail Barcodes, providing a potential 75% reduction in shipping costs. This guide covers the app's installation on Shopify, app setup, package printing, customer notifications, and self-service tracking links. FullSent integrates seamlessly within the Shopify Admin Dashboard and supports packaging printing for various envelope sizes. II. Installation and Setup
A. Downloading and Installing the App
Click here to open the Shopify App Page: FullSent ‑ Mail Tracking App
Click the “install” button to install the app on your Shopify Store.
Follow the installation dialog boxes to complete installation.
B. App Setup
Click “Setup Data” to prepare metadata fields used to store and track barcodes
Review Orders Page for printing function and formats available.
C. Ready for use
It’s as simple as printing the packaging for an order(s). Tracking codes, tracking links, and customer notifications are automatically handled by the app.

III. Basic Interface Overview
The app has five main pages:

A. App Home Page
This page offers an overview and app setup that is required for the app to perform properly
Click the “Setup Data” button to prepare the app’s data model

The app is ready to use on individual orders or on multiple orders via the Bulk Printing page.
B. Instructions Page
The instructions page shows how to use the app to perform the three main actions.
Automatic Tracking Codes
Print Packaging (individual and bulk orders)
Automatic Tracking Links/Customer Notifications
An instructional video demonstrates use of the app within the Shopify admin.
C. Billing Page

Your store will be charged based on usage. A fixed fee for every tracking code created. Only pay for what you use.
Select the plan that matches the needs for your store. Follow the the billing process to completion to enable app functionality. Select STARTER or CORE if you’d like to start with a free-trial period.
You can upgrade to the VOLUME pricing at anytime.
Spending limits are set based on the plan you choose. You can increase the limit from the
Shopify Active Subscriptions settings.
D. Bulk Printing Page
The app allows you to print packaging for multiple orders at the same time.

IV. Core Features and Functionality
The app handles tracking code generation, tracking link creation, and customer notifications automatically. Simply print packaging for an individual order or for multiple orders and the app handles the rest. The packaging printing triggers the order(s) to be automatically marked as fulfilled with tracking links sent to customers automatically.
A. Print Packaging (Individual Order)
At the top of an individual order page, click the “Print” drop down and select “FullSent”

In the dialog box, select the packaging format for printing by selecting the radio button.

If you would like to mark the order as fulfilled (which will trigger customer notification) click the “Fulfill Order” button as shown above.
Click “Continue to Print” to print packaging

Follow the browser built-in print dialog or use the system dialog for more advanced settings to print your selected packaging format.

B. Bulk Printing (Multiple Orders)
Click “Bulk Printing” under the app navigation as shown below:

- Note: You can pin the app to your admin side bar by clicking the pin next to the app name for ease of navigation/use in the future:

The Bulk Printing page will list all orders within the last 60 days as shown below:

Unfulfilled orders are highlighted orange and fulfilled orders highlighted green.
To print packaging, just check the box next to each order number you want to include.
Select the packaging format from the drop down menu and select “Prepare Packaging” to proceed.


You will be presented with the following page. You can review all the packaging in the scrollable window. Select “Print Packaging” to print the prepared packaging.

Follow the browser built-in print dialog or use the system dialog for more advanced settings to print your selected packaging format.

C. Self-Service Tracking Link
The self-service tracking link will be sent to the customer via email and additionally added to customer order summary pages upon package printing:
The email notification will appear as follows. Customers can track their package by clicking the “Track package” button. They can also review their order by clicking the “View order” button.

It will also appear to the customer as below in the order summary page:

After clicking the “Click to track package” button, the customer will be presented with a real-time updated tracking page. Here’s an example of what it would look like:

V. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is FullSent a separate App platform?
No, the app is integrated into the Shopify Admin Dashboard for ease of use with easy installation.
How do you get the tracking codes on packaging?
The app prints packaging with the tracking codes automatically. It supports various envelope sizes and formats. Custom sizes available upon request.
Does the tracking work for any type of package?
No, this works for small flat goods that fit into envelopes and flats.
Does tracking work for international shipments?
No, not at this time. FullSent is exclusive USPS tracking within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
How is postage handled?
Currently, you'll have to put a stamp on your sent envelopes. We'll be adding Postage Printing in the future.
Can I cancel any time?
Yup. It's as easy as uninstalling the app like any other app installed on your Shopify store.
